Below is a list of some of our favorite Portland area restaurants, all a short lightrail ride from Hotel Modera. All you have to do is hop on the Portland lightrail (called the MAX) and a few minutes later you’re eating at one of Portland’s finest restaurants. Bon Appétit!

Oba ¡Oba!: (1.6 miles from hotel) Exploring vibrant flavors from Spain, Portugal, the Caribbean, and across the Americas, ¡Oba!’s menu is the intersection where bold Latin traditions, spices and preparations meet seasonal, often locally-sourced ingredients.

Andina Andina: (1.5 miles from hotel) At Andina, we are proud to feature a native Peruvian cooking staff representing both the traditional culinary styles and their latest incarnation in the ‘Novoandina’ cuisine. Irving St. Kitchen Irving St. Kitchen: (1.6 miles from hotel) Irving St. Kitchen is a soulful New American Restaurant anchored in slow cooking and deep flavors. The restaurant opened in Portland’s Pearl district in May of 2010 by Dough Washington and brothers Steven and Mitch Rosenthal.
