Hotel Modera is proud to partner with David Machado, local restaurateur and chef, on his third restaurant. Based on the rich culinary traditions of the French and Italian Riviera, Nel Centro's menu is drawn largely from the cities of Nice and Genoa. The cuisine of the Riviera is fragrant, sensuous and inspired.

Nel Centro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and brunch and dinner on Sunday. Nel Centro also provides all of our in-room dining, as well as the catering for private events held in our meeting rooms. For reservations, please call 503-484-1099.
